I can see an exquisitely icy and yet deeply vulnerable Inensa being played by... Meryl Streep. Just try to tell me she wouldn't do an awesome job.

We haven't cast Edilson Nascimento as Chevenga because he's too baby-faced, but we've definitely cast him as Gannara. Assuming he can act.

I thought of Angelina Jolie with a bleach job as Kyriala -- but only if she can play an uptight female... can she?

Seeing shots of Daniel Craig, I think he's wasted on 2nd Amitzas. He looks too noble. I'd cast him as Toras Meneken. Readers: Toras has a cameo in asa kraiya but will figure more importantly later in The Philosopher in Arms and is a main character in an upcoming Shirley/Karen collab, The Games.
