Thanks for voting in the poll on animated ads, those few who did. Sorry to the one reader who voted "a little slower and more subtle, please," you got outvoted 5 to 1, and this is one of those polls where you can factor in a lot more votes for leaving things the way they are, because people who did not vote presumably didn't bother because they're fine with the status quo.
